We purchased a couch that was light grey "white, and turned out to be dark lilac/purple. Company is grossly misrepresenting their products online. Terrible company, terrible products, terrible customer service. If you have any choice, go with someone else. and they offered us $100 off for our trouble (but I had to ask for it), then upped it to a whopping $200 off when I asked if $100 seemed fair for all this. it's been a massive headache, we don't have a couch, our living room is filled with a huge box they can't seem to get out of here, they've sent us the wrong thing twice, and I've wasted my time dealing with it (albeit with a very friendly service associate). Not only can they not get us the right couch, they STILL haven't gotten the wrong couch out of our apartment (which is still in the box because it has to be returned).
It's been well over a month since our couch was supposed to arrive and in that time I've spent hours and hours on the phone and email trying to get this sorted out. First they sent us the wrong color couch, then they sent us the wrong part of the couch to replace the first shipment. Buying from Kardiel has been a nightmare that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. I don't like writing negative reviews, but I'm at my wits' end. That is just not acceptable, whether I was able to detect the damage in 24h or later. It was an expensive sofa and it arrived damaged. Your terms with your vendors have nothing to do with me, I trusted your company to do the right thing and deliver what you promised. Please send a repair person to take care of it and cover the costs. You are 100% at fault here and refusing to take responsibility. The sofa was sitting in my apartment at the exact location and in a box it was delivered in, as the delivery people dropped it off. I did not become aware of the damage to the sofa until several weeks later. I WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH CONSUMER PROTECTION. THEY REFUSE TO SEND AN UNDAMAGED COUCH, OFFERED TO SEND A TOUCH UP PEN TO CORRECT THE DAMAGE! THAT IS THE WORST COMPANY!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIER FURNITURE!!!!! I AM STUCK WITH A DAMAGED SOFA AND THE COMPANY OFFERED ME $200 STORE CREDIT AS A COMPENSATION.
THEY ADMITTED THEIR FAULT, EITHER I WAS SENT OUT A DAMAGED COUCH OR IT GOT DAMAGED DUROING DELIVERY, WHICH I PAID FOR TO AVOID ANY KIND OF DAMAGE.
